The Omakase Dinner series is St. Louis' premier sushi dining experience. These multi-course dinners are prepared by chef Nick Bognar, often featuring collaborating chefs from around the country. Diners should expect courses to highlight the incredible quality of fish and ingredients imported from Japan, as well as the exacting technique of participating chefs.
