Enjoy a once-a-year romantic dining experience under the lights and leaves at Orchard Restaurant. Chef Jenny Kang has prepared an elegant seven course tasting menu replete with Asian Mediterranean including some items never before seen in the city.
There will be seven plated courses including;
1. Fresh oyster, wasabi mignonette
2. Red wine poached pear, baby greens, dried cranberry, cambozola,
pecan, tossed in pomegranate vinaigrette
3. Beef carpaccio, horseradish, grainy mustard, compressed Korean
pear, balsamic glaze, with grana padano
4. Scallop prawn roulade, seafood bisque, served with caviar
5. Pan seared gnocchi, porcini cream, arugula, black truffle, and shimeji
6. Grilled wagyu striploin, duck liver ravioli, parsnip puree, beet, king
oyster mushroom, with demi glace
7. A chocolate affair
Guests will be dining from 8:30pm to 11:00pm.
