Enjoy a once-a-year romantic dining experience under the lights and leaves at Orchard Restaurant. Chef Jenny Kang has prepared an elegant seven course tasting menu replete with Asian Mediterranean including some items never before seen in the city.
Guests will be dining from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
There will be seven plated courses including:
1. oyster, grapefruit pearl, gochujang mignonette
2. seafood garden, scallop, ahi tuna, salmon, nuoc cham
3. honey butter glazed baby carrot, burrata, pecan, chili gremolata
4. beef tartare, caviar, watercress, toasted bread, wasabi crema
5. butter poached spot prawn, mille feuille, sauce normandy
6. wagyu striploin, asparagus, pommes anna, soy braised leek, demi glace
7. yuzu cherry chiffon cake, vanilla mousse, cherry gelee
