Osito is a live fire tasting menu featuring the bounty of San Francisco Bay Area’s rich agricultural heritage. Our seasonal approach to cooking and preservation is enlivened by the wood fire as our cuisine attempts to evoke the natural beauty of coastal California. We are San Francisco’s first 100% live fire tasting menu.

**PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION** Osito’s high-energy communal dining experience begins promptly at the given reservation time. Only complete parties will be seated. Our dining experience takes up to 2 1/2 hours for parties of up to 4 and up to 3 hours for any parties larger than that. LATE POLICY Tardiness in excess of 30 minutes may be subject to a cancellation of your booking. We will make our best effort to accommodate for unforeseen delays, but our style of service limits our ability to accommodate late arrivals more than 30 minutes past your reservation time. We appreciate your understanding and timeliness. We do not provide refunds or rescheduling for late cancellations past the 30 minute window. ALLERGIES Our ingredients are lovingly curated daily from the local farmer’s market and we work hard to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. For the most enriching dining experience, we ask that allergies and food restrictions be disclosed 24 hours prior to the start of service so that we may appropriately accommodate your needs. Dietary restrictions not disclosed 24 hours prior to the start of service will not be accommodated. Guests with highly restrictive diets may not receive a substitute for all dishes, as our menu already requires an enormous amount of effort to prepare. PARKING While street parking is available, it can be a challenge to find parking after 5 P.M. We highly recommend opting for an alternative mode of transportation, such as MUNI, taxi, or rideshare for the most convenient and comfortable arrival. CANCELLATIONS We can reschedule a booked reservation 72 hours prior to the start of service. If you need to cancel, please let us know 72 hours in advance to the start of service for a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the day of booking , but you can transfer your tickets to others. We do not offer cancellations or rescheduling for collaboration dinners, but ticket transfers are welcome. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made to our cancellation policy.
