The third annual exploration of Matthew Rorick's 'Nacré' Semillon from Napa Valley made in Australia's Hunter Valley style. Study the Semillon grape, Matthew's winemaking technique, and the effects of aging wine in bottle versus in barrel. Taste through the 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 vintages with a sneak preview of the upcoming 2014 release and the far-from-being-released 2017 vintage.
