Parker Jazz Club is proud to offer a series of Jazz Therapy sessions, welcoming you to our room for a night of live jazz music that’s good for the heart and soul. We invite all medical professionals and teachers/educators to join us free of charge with valid ID. This week, Jazz Therapy features the Marcos Varela Quartet, with Varela on bass, Perry Smith on guitar, Jay Sawyer on drums, Sam Dillon on saxophone. With lighting and sound engineer Mac McDonnell.

ABOUT MARCOS VARELA
Marcos Varela, an equally skilled doubler at both acoustic and electric bass, is among the most highly respected bassists/musicians in the American and International Jazz/music scene. His talents have also earned him many awards and accolades as a musician, composer, producer, band leader, and educator.
Parker continues to operate at limited capacity. Face masks are recommended. While dancing is not discouraged, please note that Parker does not have a dedicated dance floor.

Our show starts at 8pm and doors open at 7pm. Your ticket guarantees your seat, but please note that table preference is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Though there’s not a bad seat in the house, if you have a specific table that you want to be seated at, arrive early.
