Chef Carlos and Executive Chef Rudy López and three inspiring female chefs present a collaborative menu that honors tradition, bold flavors, and the personal stories behind each dish.

Gabriela Ruiz – Chef-owner of Carmela & Sal and Vuelve Carmela, named one of Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico.
Olimpia Calderón – Executive Chef at Zanaya, Four Seasons Mexico City, known for blending her Sinaloan roots with refined, coastal cuisine.
Fátima Juárez – Chef-founder of Komal Molino in Los Angeles, named one of the 101 Best Restaurants in LA, dedicated to heirloom corn and Indigenous Mexican traditions
The evening will also include expertly crafted cocktail pairings by Casa Dragones, renowned for its ultra-premium small-batch tequilas and dedication to modern Mexican craftsmanship.
