Join us this fall for the next installment of Patina 250's Guest Chef Series celebrating fall's finest bounty!
Evan Wargo, executive chef at Patina 250, is collaborating with Guest Chef Lorinda for an immersive evening of Indigenous culture and cuisine, including a cocktail hour with passed bites and seasonal cocktail pairings, followed by a progressive five-course seated dinner. The menu is an homage to Haudenosaunee tradition and community, infusing comforting ingredients and preparations that honor fall's first harvest, with specialty ingredients sourced largely from Indigenous growers and purveyors.
Born and raised on the Cattaraugus territory, Chef Lorinda is a proud member of the Seneca Nation. Her true passion for feeding others and sharing her lived cultural experiences through Indigenous cuisine inspires everything she does, including operating a successful catering and meal prep business, serving her food across the region from local museums to Highmark Stadium. Chef Lorinda also works with World Central Kitchen's Disaster Relief as a food first responder. She is thrilled to partner with Chef Evan to share her story through this elevated seasonal menu.
