PAWPAW is a pop-up restaurant and a gathering place. On select Saturday evenings, husband-and-wife Taylor and Katelyn take time out of their day-to-day—as farmers of fresh escargot and snail caviar—to celebrate the bounty and the people that make the North Fork of Long Island a magical place. The result is a ever-rotating multi-course culmination of the seasons harvest. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Our Fall and Winter reservations are open and available for booking NOW! In the meantime, Kate and Taylor are taking a little baby break! Baby Knapp is due Sept 21, 2020. We'll be pausing our dinners through October to get him settled in. Dinners resume in November - reservations are open now. Roasted Fowl Feasts at The Lin Beach House and PAWPAW: Original Flavor at Bruce and Son. We hope you'll join us and we look forward to seeing you!
