Ursula and the team at PBV carefully built each chocolate, ingredient by ingredient, to pair magically with a specific wine. This tasting event will feature 5 chocolates, paired with 5 wines, with chocolatier Ursula XVII here to take you through the pairing process. Tickets are $40 per person, with Peconic Bay Vineyards wine club members receiving 15% off.
