Guild Row invites you to join us for our monthly supper club night featuring Chef Palita Sriratana of the growingly popular pop-up series Pink Salt, as featured in Chicago Mag, Chicago Reader, and Eater. Look forward to a night of celebrating Thai culture through food, music, dance, and wine. Food starts at 6:15. Show starts at 7pm.
Learn how to traditional dance, aka Ram Thai, and sip on rare bold wines, handpicked and paired by Ben and Olen of Minum Selections.
Palita will be serving up a special occasion meal "Khanom Jeen" typically reserved for guests in her home, “Khanom Jeen” style over noodles with seasonal vegetables.
Wine can be purchased as a tasting or by the glass at the event. Guild Row members will receive a special discount.

+Masaman Curry A rich but mild red curry with chickpeas, squash, tamarind, and cardamom. (vegan)
+Gaeng Keow Wan Green curry with Braised chicken, green peppercorns, Thai eggplants, and makrut leaves.
+Glass Noodle Salad, minced firm yellow tofu, tomatoes, lime juice, celery, and cilantro.
