PQM is bringing back the famed Cassoulet dinner as the perfect addition to this year's Restaurant Week! Dinners will enjoy a three course menu highlighting legendary French chef David Campigotto's famous dish.
The backstory:
When French chef David Campigotto decided to bring this famous dish to the states, there was only one man he saw that could make this possible -- One Off Hospitality's very own Executive Chef and Partner, Paul Kahan.
What is Cassoulet:
Each cassoulet pot is filled with layers of duck legs, stock, white beans, pork sausage, pork bones, and then a final layer of beans to top it off. Once combined, they’re baked for hours, while getting doused with stock every half hour, until the meat is tender and the beans are roasted, crunchy, and delicious!
