Join us as we taste through a flight of the champagnes that are currently captivating our imaginations. This will include discussion of how making champagne is changing with human tastes and with climate change. We'll be opening our most allocated bottles, of course. Justin returned from France and thinks he's all fancy because he's now been to Champagne, must be nice. Snacks and a convivial atmosphere post class are also included.
