Radio Social's hummus has been a favorite dish in Rochester since 2017, and the secret ingredient is Soom Foods Tahini. Produced by the three Soom sisters in Philadelphia, Soom Tahini is a single-sourced origin product made from 100% pressed and roasted Ethiopian White Humera sesame seeds.
CEO and cofounder Amy (Soom) Zitelman will join Chef Steve Eakins and the Restaurant Ophira culinary team to create a narrative dinner of tahini-based dishes paired with curated wines and cocktails. Event begins at 6 p.m., dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Ticket includes five-course dinner and drink pairings, tax, and hospitality.
