Ramen-san Collab Dinner Series - Chef Palita Sriratana of Pink Salt
We are excited to invite some of our favorite chefs and culinary teams to Ramen-san for an ongoing collaboration dinner series. The kick-off to the series features Chef Palita Sriratana of Pink Salt, a pop-up concept specializing in Northern Thai cuisine. Seatings will be available from 6:00 - 8:30 PM.
Chef Palita’s dinner features a multi-course, family-style menu including Miang Kham (pineapple, grilled galangal paste, roasted coconut shards) to start, a second-course including Som Tom (green papaya salad), Nam Khao Tod (crispy rice, fermented pork sausage, nam prik pao dressing, peanuts) and Sai Ua Tsukune (Northern Thai chicken sausage), followed by the main course Khao Soi Nua—using Ramen-san’s Tokyo wavy noodles, and for dessert Pate a Choux filled with Thai tea mousse.
