For the past four years we have worked daily on our
bagel making skills. After mastering our techinques
through countless trials and errors
we believe we have created
the best sourdough bagel.
And now we would love to share our skills with all of you!
Rachel & Adam will be h osting a bagel making classes at their
new RIVER WEST commissary kitchen.
Each student will learn how to mix, roll, hole, boil, season & bake
the R&A way. This may sound messy, well... it is -- but we
assure you a fun time filled with flour,
bagel puns, and lots of new skills.
CLASS LOCATION:
942 West Huron
River West
$140 / person (Must be 18 years old, unless accompanied by an adult)
2-4 PM
Class includes:
Skills in handling & baking sourdough bagels
One dozen R&A bagels (which you made)
8 oz of R&A schmear to take home
R&A tote bag
** Classes must have a minimum of 8 people and a max of 12 people to run**
