Rathfinny Estate in Sussex was founded in 2010 to produce some of the world’s truly great sparkling wines. It is situated near Alfriston and has the perfect aspect, soil and climate profile for sparkling wine. Situated within our Sussex Heritage Award-winning Winery, with panoramic views of the Vineyard and the beautiful South Downs, the Tasting Room restaurant is led by chef Chris Bailey and offers dining from a menu of seasonal, modern British cuisine that changes on a regular basis.
