Get ready to kiss the hot summer goodbye and say hello to the heat that you'll be creating for your taste buds right from your kitchen! For one night only, Janejira will be REviving the legacy of her family-owned restaurant in Chicago. She will show you how to create authentic Thai salads from the provided Windswept's fresh farm produce, meat and herbs, along with other specially selected items (all to be picked up curbside from RE Farm Cafe at Windswept on October 3 between 10a and noon the day before the class). A ZOOM link taking you directly into Janejira's kitchen will be shared with paid attendees on October 4.
Janejira will touch on the Thai culture and its dining methodology. All you will need is your favorite beer or beverage, red wine not recommended.
