We'll be making a delightful, simply delicious meal of wild caught salmon with an olive oil sauce that will make you forget about butter, a salad, farro with seasonal vegetables, and a sweet bite for dessert!
This on site cooking session is both informative and entertaining, just perfect for a small group (2-5 people) of friends or family. Learners are physically separated into 2 pods in RE Farm Cafe's kitchen in observance of covid-19 precautions. Everything is included for your evening of cooking and tasting.
