Hosted by Chef Owner Duke Gastiger, three individual “workshops” (work??) are designed for novice and intermediate levels of wine knowledge proficiency, and for those more “accomplished” oenophiles who enjoy “brushing up” and sharing their expertise with others.
With 50+ years of restaurant and hotel experience, Duke has led hundreds of formal and informal tastings, including presentations for the American Wine Society and Chaîne des Rôtisserie.
Each session is informative and entertaining, with a real emphasis on the pure enjoyment of sharing wine with family and friends.
