Are you looking for a unique way to spend time with friends or family? On Sunday, February 19, New Orleans native and RE Farm Café manager and composer Greg Franklin will demonstrate insider secrets to cooking the most famous NOLA classics: Smoked Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, Fried Oysters, Shrimp Creole and, of course, King Cake! You’ll get to enjoy all these foods that help give NOLA its gritty soul and hear Big Easy anecdotes! Sensational NOLA cocktails will be available, and you’ll leave with recipes for your own Mardi Gras celebration. The format is entertaining and informative, while still casual. Space is very limited, and tickets are required.
NOTE: RE Farm Café, partnering with Antifragile Brewing and Moody Culture, also celebrates Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday, February 21 with fantastic Creole/Cajun foods, beers, kombucha, live jazz, and frivolity!
