CLASS 1 SAUCES: Tuesday February 11. Learn to make the classic five French mother sauces; bechamel, veloute, espagnole, hollandaise and tomato.
CLASS 2 SAUTE: Tuesday February 18. Learning to saute properly is one of the most essential techniques, we'll learn how to prepare foods to be sauteed and practice with a variety of dishes.
CLASS 3 DESSERTS: Tuesday February 25. Baking requires precision and patience. Learn the techniques of yeast breads, simple cakes and classic desserts.
