Spring is the perfect time to prepare the many delicious cuts of lamb! In this hands on class you will learn basic lamb butchery and the cooking methods for the different cuts....how to braise a lamb shoulder, roast a leg or perfectly sear chops, and more! We, of course, will be working with Windswept Farm pasture raised lamb. At the conclusion of the class we will share information on our full and 1/2 lamb shares sales program....so you can have the absolute best to cook with!
