About Chef Phoebe: Born and raised in Manhattan's East Village, Phoebe grew up surrounded by a wide variety of cuisines and loved cooking at home with her family. Her passion for diverse flavors led her to the International Culinary Center in 2016, the same year she began working at Kingsley, a market-driven, female-lead restaurant named Zagat’s “Best New Restaurant”. Upon graduation, she went on to work in the iconic kitchens of Lilia, Rezdora (1 Michelin star), and Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin star), where she expanded her understanding of seasonal, sustainable cuisine. Phoebe currently works as a private chef.
