About Chef Sean: Chef Sean Kommer was born and raised out on Long Island, and was inspired to pursue life in the kitchen while working at Quogue Beach Club and admiring the grillmaster. His culinary journey has brought him to some of the world’s best restaurants including Thomas Keller’s Bouchon in Las Vegas (1 Michelin star), Disfrutar in Barcelona (2 Michelin stars), Quique Dacosta in Denia, Spain (3 Michelin stars), Tokyo’s Shirosaka (1 Michelin star), and Tetsuya in Sydney, Australia (2 Michelin stars). After a whirlwind of diverse cooking experience across four countries, Sean recently returned to his home state of New York where he currently works as a private chef.
