About Chef Charley: Born and raised in Connecticut, Chef Charley Donnelly first fell in love with cooking as the right hand man to his mother and grandmothers during family holidays. Dedicated to his growing passion for food, he went on to cook professionally and landed in some of the best restaurants in New York. He has spent time at Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin Star) and Charlie Bird. He currently works as a Private Chef in NYC.
