About Chef Ayaka: Ayaka followed her passion for all things food to The Culinary Institute of America, where she graduated in 2010. She went on to hone her culinary skills at Little Park and The Musket Room (1 Michelin star). Ayaka is currently a sous chef at Per Se (3 Michelin stars), following three years leading Jean-Georges Public Kitchen.
About Chef Ajesh: Ajesh was originally planning on a career in law, but fell in love with the food world and never looked back. He has cooked at Eleven Madison Park, which won World’s Best Restaurant in 2017, and was previously a sous chef at the 2 Michelin-Starred eatery, Gabriel Kreuther and The Baccarat Hotel.
