About Chef Connor: Born and raised just outside of Washington D.C., Chef Connor Kaminski fell in love with hospitality at the young age of 16 while working at restaurants in his hometown. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Connor landed in New York City and went on to lead kitchen and service teams at two of NYC's most beloved Michelin restaurants: New-American favorite, The NoMad (1 star), and the first Thai restaurant to win a Michelin Star in NYC - Uncle Boon's (1 star). With his broad experience, Connor excels in all kinds of cuisines ranging from New American to Mexican, Thai, Korean, and more. Chef Connor plans to open his own restaurant in NYC in the coming years.
