About Chef Quan:
Born and raised in Flushing, NY, Chef Quan fell in love with the culinary arts with the help of his parents, who taught him the traditional methods of cooking Vietnamese cuisine at a young age. His passion for food is a reflection of his story as a second-generation Asian American growing up in a diverse cultural landscape. In addition to helping open Brooklyn hot spot Di An Di, he has since mastered his craft at renowned eateries across the U.S including San Francisco’s Mister Jiu’s (One Michelin Star). He currently works as a private chef in New York.
