About Chef Connor:
Born and raised just outside of Washington D.C., Chef Connor Kaminski fell in love with hospitality at the young age of 16 while working his way through restaurants in his hometown. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Connor made his way to New York City to join the kitchen and service teams at two of NYC's most beloved restaurants: New-American favorite, The NoMad (1 Michelin star), and up-scale Thai icon, Uncle Boons (1 Michelin star). With his broad range of experience, Connor will be opening his own restaurant in 2022 in NYC that encompasses his diverse culinary training.
