Restaurant Orana is home to Chef and Owner Jock Zonfrillo’s intimate dining room where he uses Indigenous ingredients to showcase Australia’s modern gastronomic identity.
Your meal is a journey through at least forty seasonal Indigenous ingredients that Jock has curated into our 16-course Tasting Menu of snacks, mains, dessert and petit fours.
