No Battle of Alberta here! Join us as two dear friends and beloved chefs join forces to create a waste-free feast featuring whole animal butchery, locally foraged and sourced ingredients and wines by the Okanagan’s Orofino Winery.

At each dinner, both chefs will share stories of their adventures in the wild together and with friends, philosophies around sustainability at their restaurants and joined by John Weber of Orofino Vineyards who will showcase pairings for the multi-course dinner.
