The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna is Niguel is celebrating and honoring Día de los Muertos with a distinctive and memorable holiday experience at Bar RAYA and RAYA.
With the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop, start the evening in Bar RAYA and enjoy specialty Tequila cocktails and butler passed Hors d‘oeuvres before heading to the resort’s signature restaurant, RAYA where a special 4-course pre fixe menu, colorful décor, lively entertainment and an open bar featuring traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages await.
Highlighting this culinary experience is a Mayan Tequila and Copal Ceremony presented by Healer Nataline Cruz and Chef Richard Sandoval. Nataline Ruth Cruz is a practitioner of Ancestral Medicine, Sacred Teachings, and many other healing modalities. She is a Shamanic practitioner, learning from great teachers in the Andean and Mexican traditions, Ancient Teachings from places like India, and is a Maya Priest initiated and sponsored by the Maya Nation, in Guatemala.
Following the experience, Chef Richard Sandoval and the Chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel will present a 4-course Día de Los Muertos menu.
