Sake is back at the House of Shells.
This time we've got 'Sake Samurai' Patrick Ellis to help us go deeper into the drink.
We're pairing 6 different sakes with different Ocean offerings. Small plates and small glasses of a wine that goes super-well with seafood, but can seem a tad inaccessible (if you don't speak Japanese).
Learn from an expert and taste your way around Japan, paired with expert offerings from Rodney's own Chef Rodrigo de Romana and Julius Chapple.
We'll be pairing with Oysters, Tuna, Salmon, Mackerel, Steak, Lobster and something sweet. A journey of smaller plates.
