Following the success of our dinner at Shibumi in Los Angeles last month, we’re bringing Chef-Owner David Schlosser to Hong Kong for a one night only pop-up at RŌNIN!
Shibumi is Schlosser's first restaurant born from his 20+ years of international culinary experience and appreciation for traditional Japanese cooking. In June 2019, Shibumi earned one Michelin Star from the inaugural California guide.
Chef Matt and Chef David will collaborate on a special tasting menu that you won’t want to miss. The ticket price for this event is $1500 HKD per person for the tasting menu, excluding beverages. Beverages will be charged by consumption.
