The Guest Chef Dinner Series brings together some of the hottest chefs in the country for a 4-part collaborative rotation at Rooster & the Till. Each dinner is curated to showcase the style of the evening's chef and offer a synergistic dinner and beverage experience that’s unique to each evening.
This event is for (1) seat on Sunday, September 26th at 5:00pm for our Dinner Series with Chef Claudette Zepeda. She is the Executive Chef at Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas in San Diego, CA and was the James Beard Best Chef West Semifinalist in 2019, as well as a competitor on both Top Chef Season 15 and Top Chef Mexico.
Each ticket includes a 30 minute intimate reception with complimentary champagne to meet and greet the chef prior to the 6-course dinner with included wine pairing. Seating is limited and the final menu will be released closer to the date of the event, because of this dietary restrictions cannot be accomodated.
Due to popular demand from our previous series and taking everyone’s health into consideration, we decided to offer two seatings for each dinner - a 5:00pm and an 8:00pm. Prices for each dinner vary slightly, $200/ person for 5:00pm and $250/ person for 8:00pm (+ tax and gratuity).
