Rosalynn is taking over the Alfred Melrose Place, transforming the space for our full Rosalynn Experience at the stunning new building, presented by the Agency.
Join us for an intimate indoor & outdoor buffet station experience features a stunning raw bar with oysters, scallops, shrimp and more - with a delicious grilled selection outside on the stunning patio overlooking Melrose Place.

An outdoor grill with charred fish will be firing up Brazino’s stuffed a-choi and served with our white truffle chili crisp
Led by our Head Chef Jasper Lynn (Suntory Rising Chef of the Year, Art Basel, Pebble Beach Food & Wine), this gathering highlights the bounty of California’s coast — pristine seafood, vibrant produce, and bold, thoughtful flavors that tell a story on every plate.
Expect a multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings and a few unexpected surprises is a celebration for July 4th weekend.
