For this special evening, Executive Chef Anthony Haacke has put together a special dining experience featuring 7 courses catered specifically to the holiday. Each course will be accompanied by a cocktail/wine pairing by our bar team, who have prepared a special selection to highlight each dish and help sing to your profile.
Leading the line at Rose, Chef Haacke comes from a strong culinary background. After spending a few years traveling the vineyards of France and poking his head into as many kitchens as possible along the way, his career heightened when he began lending his skills to various St. Louis country clubs including Old Warson Country Club, Bellerive, Raquet Club St. Louis and more. It was here that he got to hone his delicate techniques, show off his powerful sense of flavor profiling and flaunt his artful touch in plating. Chef Tony took on his own catering business a few years back proving that not only can he cook, he can also lead, which brought him to us here at Rose.
