Baldwin started his winery 35 years ago when he purchased the 160-acre parcel and immediately planted three of the five principal Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Now, 35 years later, JUSTIN is recognized as the pioneer of award-winning Bordeaux-style wines on California’s Central Coast. Chef Ryan Williams has created an amazing 3-course dinner around some of Justin’s finest wines.
