Join us to learn the secrets to a perfect Turkey Day! This class will be hosted by our Executive Chef John Kennedy, Pastry Chef Keara, General Manager Ryan and Bar Manager Van. They will show you the ways to perfecting your Thanksgiving Day menu including how to truss a turkey, delicious side dishes, how to make that perfect Pumpkin Pie along with wines that we would pair with the full spread. This class will also include recipes and tips on how we put together our Thanksgiving feast.
