Husband-and-wife team Colby and Megan Garrelts have proudly built the Rye restaurant brand to express their love of Kansas City and the Midwest and, by extension, the bountiful culinary region they call home.
The original Rye Mission Farms in Leawood, KS, opened in 2012. Rye KC on the Country Club Plaza opened in 2017. Despite different footprints, both restaurants offer a comfortable version of urban farmhouse décor.
