Sage Restaurant and Lounge & Garrison Brothers Bourbon Dinner
Join us on April 19th as we welcome Garrison Brothers Distillery to Sage for a one-of-a-kind Spring Fling pairing dinner and after-party benefit. This dinner which will be a fusion of our culinary and mixology professionals featuring bourbon provocateur Shane Merriam and Chef Jack MacDonald from the Garrison Brothers team alongside our very own beverage director Eric Pfeiffer and executive chef Henry Gutkin.
Dinner starts at 6:30 pm on the Sage Veranda.
Please note: Seating will be communal and groups will be seated next to each other.
This is a pre-paid event. Refunds are not available, but tickets may be transferred. You will be prompted to add the beverage pairings separately (not optional) so that we can apply taxes appropriately.
There are optional add-ons for a "Meet and Greet Afterparty" and a 375 Boot Flask bottle signed by Dan Garrison. Proceeds benefit Good Bourbon for a Good Cause and are earmarked for the Hill Country Cowboy Hike and Bike Trail.
