Secret Society is a 10 seat tasting-menu curated by James Beard Award-winning chef RJ Cooper, situated around the StS open kitchen. Menus are crafted by memories, youth and taste. The 18 to 20 composed dishes are inspired by the mountains, woodlands and regional farmers with international foods.
Using their knowledge of modernist and classic methods and techniques, the collaboration will take you on a journey of textures, multiple layers of flavors working through raw to slow hearth roasted plant based cuisine using his relationships with the best producers around the world.
We want our guests to approach this menu with an open mind, to share in the collaborative spirit. The focus on our learning process of Vegan Cuisine that is elevated, extracting new flavors, ideas and presentations.
