During this evening, we will dine on four dishes inspired by the region of Puglia while enjoying three wines from Tormaresca Winery! Puglia is a special region for Chef Olivia & Adam, since they both studied in this region during their time in Italy! Adam also worked at Tormaresca, so he will be sharing about his time at the winery!
First Course: Steamed PEI mussels, Tormaresca chardonnay wine sauce, fresh herbs

While we normally like to do communal seating at our wine dinners, we will be adhering to guidelines and keeping each party seated at separate tables which will be appropriately spaced in our dining room. No outdoor seating will be available during this wine dinner.
