YOGA & CIDER MONDAYS
This Spring, start your week with a relaxing evening Yoga session overlooking the ocean in our beautiful Pavilion.
Every Monday at 5pm, local instructors, Robin and Tori will join us at Sea Cider to lead you through a mindful yoga flow practice accessible for all levels.
After the class, stay for a complimentary glass of cider or Temperance and enjoy a moment of self-care while connecting with like-minded people.
Meet your instructors:
Robin is a mom of 2 and Yogi. She started her yoga journey 8 years ago by becoming a member of a local studio in Saanich, she quickly fell in love with the practice and decided to become a certified instructor in 2018. Robin teaches Yoga, fitness, barre and kickboxing. She truly enjoys working with people, encouraging them to find peace, love, laughter, and gratitude through their practice. She believes that Yoga is not only for physical health, but mental, spiritual and community health.
Outside of yoga, Robin enjoys sailing, hiking, walking her dog Penny and spending time with her two girls.
Tori is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher who found yoga as a way to stretch and unwind, but fell in love with the practice. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2020 through the Fernwood Yoga Den in Victoria and has been teaching yoga for the last year. She loves to teach gentle, flowing yoga sequences that align breath and movement. When she’s not practicing yoga Tori loves hiking, cooking, reading and spending time outdoors.
