Chef Caleb Dickson has been cooking in Atlanta for many years in some of the top fine dining establishments such as Bacchanalia, Canoe, Noona and Atlas in the St. Regis hotel. His style is founded in classical French technique and Southern culinary tradition.
Chef Brian Owen is a veteran Chef of Noona of Parson's Alley in Duluth, Kimball House, Double Zero Napoletana and Eclipse di Luna.
His style is focused on rustic farm-to-table Southern fare with smoky Asian nuances.
