Known as America's craft distillery, the St. George family of spirits is the perfect pairing for the bold flavors of Chef Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle.
During this exclusive cocktail-paired dinner in Sepia’s intimate Deardorff Lounge, Sepia's Head Bartender Keith Meicher will craft a cocktail for each course, playing with unique flavors such as basil, peach and chanterelle mushrooms. While guests enjoy their meal, Master distiller Lance Winters, the creative voice behind St. George Spirits, will be on hand to discuss his passion for creating imaginative artisan spirits.
