Step into an evening where history, craftsmanship, and innovation converge.
Maison Ferrand is one of the world’s premier boutique producers of fine spirits and the architect of a historical spirits movement. The company was founded by Alexandre Gabriel in 1989 with a mission to preserve traditional, craft production methods that capture the true essence of the spirit, and a commitment to revisiting the classics while advancing innovation. From the storied vineyards of Grande Champagne Cognac, to the windswept stills of Citadelle Gin, and the double-aged depths of Planteray rum, every bottle tells a story of terroir, tradition, and tireless experimentation.
So on Wednesday August 20th, please join Sepia’s Head Bartender, Keith Meicher, for a rare and unforgettable evening celebrating one of the world’s most provocatively innovative spirit producers. You'll begin your night with a welcome cocktail, followed by a refined four-course dinner crafted by Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle. Each course will be paired with the most exquisite rums and cognacs from Maison Ferrand, as well as cocktails created exclusively for the event by Keith.
Featured selections include:
-Pierre Ferrand Pineau des Charentes
-Limited Edition Planteray Single Cask Rums
-Citadelle Gin
-10 Generations Ferrand Grand Cru Cognac
...and other remarkable expressions born of copper stills and creative fire.
This intimate evening is a tribute to those who shape the world of spirits, not only through preservation of tradition, but by breathing new life into it.
