SERCA was born as a result of longtime dream that Sergio and Carolina Weitzman had of creating an ultra high quality wine that fully expresses the spirit and essence of Malbec. Serca is a 6-acre vineyard divided into two parcels. A 3-acre area located at 1,300 meters above sea level will produce high quality Malbec grapes to create a Super Premium Malbec. The other 3 acres are located at 1,150 meters above sea level and will produce Super/Ultra Premium, Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Franc grapes...
