The team behind Serge et le Phoque, Hong Kong's Michelin-starred restaurant headed up by duo Charles Pelletier and Frédéric Peneau, have opened a new site in London within The Mandrake Hotel. The menu at Serge et le Phoque will not only be daily changing but may change from table to table due to the team's savior faire philosophy. The à la carte and chef's tasting menu guides diners so that the meal ebbs and flows with dishes that surprise and challenge as much as delight.
